Arelia extra virgin olive oil is produced and standardized on the 4th largest island of Greece, Kefalonia, in converted from 2022 organic olive groves. Paliki Peninsula special microclimate offers it their unique taste. The olives are harvested exclusively with the use of vibrating machines which protect the fruit. They are then transported by certified means and they are cold pressed within the same day in olive mills on the island.
